I 1997 lavede man et større fremstød for dansk kultur i Australien. Jazzen var også med. I den anledning blev der også gjort indsats for en udveksling den anden vej. Derfor var den australske radiovært Jim McLeod på besøg i Danmark og fik lov til at sidde bag mikrofonen i Danmarks Radio. Han fortæller om australsk jazz med indspilninger fra sit hjemland.
