Verdenssituationen

Sidste weekend blev der afholdt valg til det russiske parlament Dumaen. Det Putin-glade parti, Forenet Rusland, fik igen absolut flertal med halvdelen af stemmerne. DR’s korrespondent i Rusland, Mathilde Kimer, er med på en linje fra Rusland for at gøre os klogere på russisk parlamentarisme. Hvilken rolle spiller Dumaen i russisk politik? Er der en reel opposition? Og hvad siger valget om demokratiets tilstand i Rusland? Det er nogle af de spørgsmål vi kommer omkring - og så selvfølgelig også russisk musik.
